Proverbs 9:9 "Instruct a wise man [or woman] and he/she will be wiser still; teach a righteous man [or woman] and he/she will add to his/her learning."

Lifelong learning is a value that has the potential to help keep pastors on the cutting edges of their ministry. Because pastors typically deal with a wide-range of members, dealing with a wide-range of spiritual and life issues, lifelong learning should be a priority to all pastors. According to my Clifton Strengths Finders assessment, continued learning is one of my top five strengths.
